Where can the pieces be delivered to and how long would it take to get them?

We can deliver pieces to any place in the world and we prepare deliveries to be made within 3 working days as from the purchase date. If shipment is not possible within those timelines, I will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Delivery depends on the postal services involved, but usually, and depending on the country, it would take between 15 and 20 working days. All deliveries are certified. What type of payment do you accept?

Payments should be done by PayPal only. The system is simple, safe and used by most of the online sales sites. This system accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Discover or any regular account. If purchasing from Uruguay, you can also wire through Abitab, or make a deposit through BBVA, Santander and BROU.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase online?

No, it is not necessary, but it is easier to buy if you have one. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not want to create one, the purchase is done by payment order also through the PayPal system. This type of payment can only be requested through e-mail, using the CONTACT form in the website.

Is it safe to buy online?

When you proceed to purchase, PayPal automatically encrypts confidential information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a protocol for safe connection. Can I return my purchase?

We only accept returns of articles in the rare occasions when the product is damaged during delivery. The request to return an item should be made by e-mail using the CONTACT form of the website, within the 5 following days of the arrival of the piece. Once you have submitted your request, you have 10 days to send the product back. The client is responsible for all shipment costs. Once we receive the damaged product, we study the possibility of fixing it, making a new one, or replacing it, depending on the case. All pieces are photographed separately, in order to describe the product and details in the best possible way. The client receives exactly the product shown in the picture.

How do I know my ring size?

How can I keep my jewelry clean?

Silver oxidizes and can turn black with use, depending on the type of skin of the person wearing the jewel. The piece can be cleaned with a soft piece of cloth moistened with a metal-cleaning product, such as Silvo.

What happens if the jewelry breaks?

Each piece is handmade with utmost care. However, it may occur that it needs to be repaired, in which case you must use the website CONTACT form to report this situation and we shall get in touch with you.

What happens if I dont receive the product?

Delivery is done through certified mail, so we are able to trace the delivery. Once the product has been dispatched, the purchaser is responsible in case it is lost. If the product has not arrived after 30 days of its purchase, please notify the situation through our CONTACT form and we will do our best to solve that issue.
